High-performance modular housing designed for extreme Arctic conditions. These units are engineered to withstand temperatures as low as -50°C while providing comfortable, modern living spaces for mining personnel. Deployed on elevated steel legs above permafrost, each capsule unit features a fully furnished interior with kitchen, bedrooms, living area, and bathroom — all built to withstand the harshest conditions on earth.
